HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE BEING PROCESSED

In the following cases your personal datas are being prossed:

  1. When you visit our website, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your assistance and stored until it is automatically deleted:
    1. IP address of the requesting computer,
    2. Date and time of access,
    3. Name and URL of the retrieved file,
    4. Website from which access is made (referrer-URL),
    5. the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

Furthermore, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. More information on this can be found under “Analysis tools”.

  1. For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. In this case it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know from whom the enquiry came from and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
  2. If you want to send us an application in order to apply for an advertised position or send us an unsolicited application, your personal data will be processed. For unsolicited applications we need your name, address and other contact details, date and place of birth, nationality and qualification papers.

In addition, there is the possibility to give us information beyond that which you think would be a motivation or establishing an employment relationship.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We only use the personal data you actively communicate to us only for the agreed purpose and only to the necessary extent.

  1. The above mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:
    1. To ensure a smooth connection to the website,
    2. Guarantee a comfortable use of our website,
    3. Evaluation of system security and stability and
    4. for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest results  from the above listed purposes for data collection. Under no circumstances the data are being collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

  1. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DSGVO on the basis of a pre-contractual measure. If a contract is concluded, the data will be included in our customer care system. The data will not be processed for any further purposes.
  2. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing and realization of an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 88 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG. In the case of a positive decision, the personal data will be added to our personnel file and will be used for the purposes of the “employee administration” procedure.
  3. If you have explicitly consented in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis.
  4. If you have registered with us, we use your data for the management of your account and in the event that a third party misuses your data and registers on our site with these data without your knowledge, as a coverage on our part in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below takes place to the following categories of recipients:

  1. Companies that support us in assessing your creditworthiness (scoring companies)

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  1. you have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
  2. the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
  3. in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on the data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and
  4. this is legally permissible and required under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

Data will only be transferred to third countries if you have given us your consent.

DURATION FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA IS STORED

  1. Cookies are stored in your browser as so-called session cookies, so your browser automatically deletes them after you leave the website. The duration of the storage follows from the technical functionality of the browser you use.
  2. Personal data, which are transmitted to us in connection with a contact inquiry on our website, are only stored for the duration of the processing of the inquiry. If it comes to a contract, the data provided by you will be stored in our customer care system regularly for 10 years, unless there is no other legal obligation that obliges us to store the data for a longer period.
  3. The collected personal data will be stored in a case of
  4. cancellation: saved for at least three months. The longest storage period is a maximum of six months.
  5. Employment: Our storage periods apply. The information to which you are entitled will be made available to you upon recruitment.
  6. Your personal data will be stored until revocation.
  7. Personal data, which are transmitted to us in connection with a registration on our website, are only stored for the duration of the existence of the account. If it comes to a contract, the data provided by you can be stored in our customer care system regularly for 10 years, unless there is no other legal obligation that obliges us to a longer storage

We would like to point out that we delete your data if its storage is not permitted (especially if the data are incorrect and correction is not possible). Blocking takes the place of deletion if there are legal or actual obstacles to this (for example, special storage obligations due to commercial and tax law requirements).

Right of objection

In case your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, if there are reasons for doing so arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without indicating any special situation.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION, DELETION, RESTRICTION

The person concerned has the right of access to the personal data concerned and the right to rectify or erase such data or to limit their processing. He or she shall also have the right to object to the processing.

AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING INCLUDING PROFILING

Under certain circumstances, an automated profile building with the aim of evaluating personal aspects may occur. We use these profiling measures in the following cases:

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we are obliged to combat money laundering, financing of terrorism and asset-endangering crimes. In this context, data analyses (e.g. comparison with legally predetermined lists) are conducted.

Analysis Tools

  1. Tracking tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet the needs of our customers and is continuously optimised. Furthermore, we use the tracking tools to measure the use of our website statistically and evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified in the sense of the aforementioned regulation.

The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for operation in conformity with data protection regulations must be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

  1. Facebook

On our website social media plugins from Facebook are used to make their use more personal. For this we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook.

We use components of the LinkedIn network on our site. LinkedIn is a service of the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access our website that is equipped with such a component, that component causes the browser you are using to download an appropriate representation of the component from LinkedIn.

This process informs LinkedIn which specific page of our website is being visited. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend-Button” while you are logged in to your LinkedIn account, you can link the contents of our pages on your LinkedIn profile. We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure within the website visit in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption.
