A very light tea which is grown in the highlands of Taiwan. The tea gets dried in the sun immediately after the harvest, therefore only 50 % of the leaf is fermented. Due to the productionthe teas will develop their unique mild and flowery taste which is characterised additionally by the green inner part of the leaf.
