The Corramore garden was founded in 1860 by the Scotsman Robert Logan north of the village Hatigarh in the Udalguri district. Tea plants of the Camelia assamica variety were planted on 488 hectares. In a good year about 1.735 tons of tea are harvested. Fine tart taste from the summer production.
