This fine black tea comes from Huangjialin near the city of Qimen in the Anhui province. Unlike black teas from the area, this tea was produced using the same method as Fujian Gongfu tea.This involves slow fermentation and drying the tea in the sun which gives the tea its wonderfully sweet and soft aroma. Fine notes of wood and chocolate are waiting to be discovered in the clear, amber-coloured cup.
