The nowadays mostly used peppermint has been raised in 1696 in the garden of an English gardener. It is a hypridation of the mediter ranean green mint (Menta spicata)and the native watermint (Menta aquatica).We use frankish peppermint, which is heavenly aromatic and refreshingin taste.
